A message from Dr Carl Eden, General Manager - Commercial New Zealand.

As a team of five million, we have come through the four levels of lockdown to place New Zealand in an enviable position with respect to Covid-19 globally. During this time, IDEXX has proudly supported the industry throughout with a commitment to ongoing in-house diagnostic product availability and laboratory service operations.

Whilst there is much work ahead of all of us all in regaining the momentum to our New Zealand economy, on behalf of IDEXX, I thank you for your unwavering support.

Our shared success is underpinned equally by our commitment to global innovation and our desire to comprehensively service the needs of our individual customers. Whilst the onset of COVID-19 markedly impacted our communities, the veterinary industry has demonstrated a resilience not seen in many other sectors of the economy. The essential nature of veterinary services, the importance of New Zealand’s livestock productivity and pets in the family structure has and continues to support strong demand for veterinary services.

IDEXX is endorsing that our field-based team members central to customer engagement, are once again available for face to face interaction. Your account manager will be reaching out to you to discuss your needs as we head into the colder months and calving season including sharing exciting news regarding new ways to manage BVD this season and ways to help future proof your practice with IDEXX technologies.
